Defence Minister Martin Sklenár inspects one of the ammunition storage facilities in Slovakia

Defence Minister Martin Sklenár has recently inspected one of the ammunition storage facilities in Slovakia, to see and hear first-hand about the actual state of munition stockpiles. Based on his visit to the depot, his personal experience, and the summary reports from relevant elements of the Armed Forces, the MOD can once again confirm that the reserves of ammunition are at the level needed for the Slovak Armed Forces to fulfil all the tasks under their responsibility, from training to the defence of the state, if required.
