Slovak Air Force to carry out scheduled local training sorties at supersonic speeds

Two training sorties of Slovak Air Force jets are scheduled to take place between 8:00hrs and 11:00hrs on Sunday 18 August 2024, with the flight path taking the jets from Malacky Air Base over Dunajská Streda to Komárno before heading back home to Malacky AB. The jets may fly faster than the speed of sound and cause sonic booms in areas of the country along their flight path.
